Importance of health

 Dear friends,

My name is Tarun Kumar Raina.
I am a retired member of a paramilitary force, and I consider myself lucky to have had the opportunity to serve. People in the paramilitary may not earn a lot of money, but we gain something very valuable – a strong and fit body.
To keep the body fit, discipline is essential. I truly believe that a disciplined person can achieve anything they are willing to work for.
I have started to write blog to spread awareness about physical fitness. If you stay fit, you can enjoy whatever you’re doing. But if you’re not physically fit, even the most comfortable chair or sofa won’t make your work feel comfortable.
